To initiate a return or exchange, please call Customer Care at 1.800.280.8172 between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (Monday through Friday) to receive a Return Authorization Number. We are unable to process your request without it. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges at kiosk locations or products not purchased directly from Rosetta Stone.
